I was born with a strong desire to create beautiful things with my hands. The creativity and curiosity handed down from my father pushed me to encounter countless arts and crafts. From plasticine smeared all over my small desk at the beginning, through pencil drawings, painting in a few various techniques, to serious affairs with photography and landscape arrangement. I even had a short episode of making lamps!

However it was the landscape design which I spent five years studying. Combining my love for nature and plants with the manual skills and rich imagination it seemed just perfect. But I soon felt overwhelmed with all the numbers and paper work this job included and the yearning to just be using my fingers again, working with raw materials was growing rapidly.

This is when a dear friend helped me to encounter jewelry. I started making things for myself, family and friends, using simple materials as strap, shells and wood. But it soon wasn't enough and I threw myself over copper wires. Their flexibility was amazing and it was wire-wrapping which has won my heart for several years. Moving from copper to sterling silver felt quite natural and let me truly expand my metalsmith skills and develop my own unique style and techniques, which I'm really proud of being a completely self-taught in silversmithing.

After several years I felt that my impressive, colorful and embellishment rich sterling silver designs needed a balance.

 

Whilst creating them is still extremely satisfying, I am equally enamoured of simple, precious jewelry, pointing a womens spark. Fascinated with people aware of their worth, women with the inner light, subtly highlighting it with unaffected, modern adornments, I wanted to become a part of lighting up this inner beauty. I believe subtle elegance, priceless and timeless, to come from inner harmony and self-awareness, which I value the most.

That’s how the idea of golden minimalism was born. Stripped of ornaments – just the essence. Yet still playful and chic. And now it’s getting real which makes me really excited and endlessly happy! I really hope you will join me on this amazing trip!
